One of the nicer chess sets I've used for the price. The pewter figures are nicely made and have a lot of detail. The board is big enough for a comfortable game, but not too big to make it easy to pack up and take with you. The only downside I really experienced was that the pieces were a little difficult to get back into their places the first few times yout take them out.

This board is perfect if you travel and play a lot of chess, or as a compact-yet-stylish addition to your family game room.
